Shipping policy

-SHIPPING AND RETURNS-

All corals are shipped either UPS Next Day or FedEx Overnight. Corals are packaged in individual plastic insulated containers and shipped inside a Styrofoam box. During the cold season, 40-hour heat packs are included.  During the hot season, ice-packs are included.  Shipping is a low, flat fee of $45.00.  The box and packaging fee is now FREE.

 In Addition: FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders $250 or higher (Excluding Live Sales, After Sales, and Auctions)

During Special Live Sale, After Sale or Auction Sales, a Shipping Module is required to be added to your order.

 SHIPPING DELIVERY DATES

Delivery dates are scheduled during checkout.

If there is a Live Sale running or you have purchased only Auction items, a shipping box must be purchased to cover shipping for all orders placed during the sale.

 UPS/FEDEX HOLD FOR PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

UPS and FedEx Hold For Pickup is available. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the "Delivery Instructions" section. Please follow this format:

UPS/FedEx Station Hold At Address:

EXACT STATION STREET ADDRESS
EXACT STATION CITY, STATE, ZIP
YOUR PHONE NUMBER

This will ensure that your corals are sent for hold at the proper UPS/FedEx facility. It is your responsibility to track and pickup the shipment the day of delivery and to retrieve your package from outside weather as soon as possible.
