ALIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us at sales@zoanthids.com within 3 hours of arrival to be eligible for a website credit for the cost of the livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 6 HOURS of acceptance of shipment and we may ask you to ship the DOA specimen return via priority mail and will credit your account with us. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your order. We always do our best to get back with you as early as possible. We are not responsible for packages that shipping providers deliver late due to weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between your location and Utah, please delay shipment until the weather delay clears.
