All corals are shipped FedEx Overnight. Corals are packaged in individual plastic containers and shipped inside a Styrofoam box. During
the cold season, 40-hour heat packs are included. During the hot season, ice-packs are included. Shipping is a low, flat fee of $45.00
for FedEx Overnight. The box and packaging fee is now FREE.
In Addition: FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders $250 or higher.
SHIPPING DELIVERY DATES
Shortly after your order is received, you will be sent an email to schedule your shipping date. Please wait for this email and respond to
confirm if the scheduled delivery date works with your schedule. If you have a particular delivery date request, please include it in the Notes
section of your order or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

FedEx Hold For Pickup is available. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the comments section. Please follow

This will ensure that your corals are sent for FedEx hold and sent to the correct FedEx station. It is your responsibility to track and pickup the shipment the day of delivery.
ALIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us at email@example.com within 3 hours of arrival to be eligible for credit
of your livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 6 HOURS of acceptance of shipment and we may ask you to ship the DOA specimen
return via priority mail and will credit your account with us. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if you have
questions or concerns about your order. We always do our best to get back with you as early as possible. We are not responsible for packages
that shipping providers deliver late due to weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between your location and Utah, please delay shipment until the weather delay clears.
